When it is all said and done the cleanest process is to simply download a copy of the PDF to the local machine's HDD.
Once the PDF is there open it with Acrobat and select the text that is on the page of interest.
Copy and paste into whatever.
Or, use Acrobat to extract the single page and work on it.
Perhaps an export via Save As Other - Microsoft & select a the desired flavor of Word.
