This is on Windows 7, but that's not the issue. The issue is that the Adobe activation web page is broken www.adobe.com/go/getactivated consistently responds with "Unable to process your request. Please try again later."
Adobe Flash Builder is the only software that I have installed. I downloaded and purchased it by credit card from the Adobe site. I don't really even know what the Creative Could is. I downloaded the application from Adobe and installed it on a system that does not have internet access. On start-up, Flash Builder prompts me for activation and gives me a request code and instructions to go to www.adobe.com/go/getactivated to acquire a response code for activation.
The web site doesn't work. When I enter the serial number and request code it responds with "Unable to process your request. Please try again later."
It is nearly 6 weeks now that I have been unable to use the software. Also six weeks that Adobe Customer Support has been unable to assist. I just got another call today from someone who is "reviewing my case and will get back to me sometime soon".
Whatever assistance you can provide would be hugely appreciated.
