I'm having a devil of the time trying to get the PDF pack to start up. I can sign in OK, and I get a "start the tour" icon, which I skip, and then nothing. This is the second time this has happened to me. I'm probably doing something wrong, but I don't remember what I did to fix it last time. Something in Google Chrome? I cleared my cache, but no luck.
Any help would be sincerely appreciated.
