Customer Support For Product Malfunction

Is there any type of dedicated Customer Support telephone number available - I am trying to upload a site I created in Muse & is being hosted by Business Catalyst. The Add To Cart Buttons do not function when posting the site live. I have been told by BC technical support that this is a muse software problem & to post on the forums where they were sure someone could provide an answer to why muse is scrambling up the code necessary to have a BC Ecommerce site. Well it has been 2 days & I have not received any help at all. I have an eCommerce site that is not functioning & am unable to get it live - I pay a lot of money to be part of the service & am greatly let down & highly stressed out on the fact I cant get an answer as to why the software doesn't work. I look like a complete moron in the eyes of my employer & am receiving a lot of trouble because of this issue. I have been told to stay here at work until I figure it out but have way to do so!

which seems to be an issue leding to add to cart not working

I am afraid, such integration is considered as customization issue and Unfortunately, HTML / CSS / Javascript / customization issues are outside the scope of our support boundaries
