Please verify that your program is Premiere Elements 12 and what computer operating system it is running on.
Please first determine if the problem exists with and without the antivirus and firewall disabled.
Is all your free hard drive space coming from the Local disk C or do you have supplemental drives? What is the total capacity of your C drive?
How much installed and available RAM does your computer have?
How are you opening the program - by right clicking the desktop icon? If so, what happens if you open the program instead by double clicking the .exe files
a. to open to the Welcome Screen
Program Files
Adobe
Premiere Elements 12
and in the Premiere Elements 12 Folder is the Adobe Premiere Elements 12.exe file that you double click to open the program to the Welcome Screen.
b. to open bypassing the Welcome Screen
Program Files
Adobe
Premiere Elements 12
and in the Premiere Elemets 12 Folder is the Adobe Premiere Elements .exe file that you double click to open the program.
