I'm looking at the local files on my computer via the Finder.
I don't see a dwsync.xml file in the root folder, or in the folder with the problem files. I did a search with spotlight, which turned up no dwsync.xml files anywhere.
BTW: the instructions state to locate the folder with the problem files.
