Is it possible for you to post a sample. I would be glad for the opportunity to test it in my Premiere Elements 12 Windows 7 or 8.1 64 bit and report the results in your thread as a favor.
There are so many aspects of Premiere Elements 12, besides the GoPro footage, that are best looked at in the tryout before purchase. But, if prefer not to, then please consider. I will give the GoPro sample a complete workout.
I suspect that the odds are in your favor for your GoPro footage working with Premiere Elements 12. But, no guarantees.
