Don't you mean "DO NOT UPGRADE to Catalina until MANUFACTURERS of various software is fully committed to 64-bit apps for everything including installers, supporting apps and extensions."
I am fully committed but the software developed and sold by various companies is not! (HINT HINT Adobe)
