O. k. I tried to use photoshop essential 12 to divide and I tried to follow the email instructions -- I am lost --I called adobe and was told that only photoshop ps will do the dividing --I was given the number 185499953 -- I do not know if this is a product number or a case number I tried to down load that and it failed -- I tried to delete the adobe essential 12 and was not successful -- I want a tool that will work for me -- that has a slicing tool and the word divide at the top when you get to that step -- it also has a box for the size -- I like inches -- I would appreciate help to get me the right program so I can do my work without further confusion -- thank you
