How Do I Delete Video?

How do I delete video?

From the Library Module, when I right click on a video and select Remove Photo, and then Delete From Disk,  I get a pop-up window stating:   The file named  "xxxxx.mp4" could not be moved to the Recycle Bin.      Some of the videos vary from 1 to 3 seconds long.

Edit: I got it to work by switching from Loupe to Grid View.     So OK on the original question, but does anybody know why a lot of things only seem to work in Grid View?
