はじめまして。サブスクリプションマネージャーで期限切れのメンバーシップをソフトウェアダウンロードカードの3ヶ月版で更新しようとすると、新しい契約になってしまい、結局ソフトウェアが起動できず再度「サブスクリプションを更新する」ウィンドウが出てしまいます。どのようにすればこの状態から抜け出せますでしょうか。どなたかご教示下さいませ。よろしくお願い致します。
