How do I contact a support person directly?

I have a thread here about my problems with DW CS 5.5 and not being able to save new sites in the Site Manager. I have had this problem now for over a week. I have done everything recommended by people here in this forum and elsewhere, several times. I have uninstalled DW, restarted the machine, used the "Cleaner Tool,” restarted and no success after several attempts. I have also used a few registry cleaner tools in between and still no luck. At one point, after restarting, all my sites that were previously in the Site Manager disappeared, but I expected that. Now all my sites are gone from the Site Manager and I am unable to add new sites except by opening the exported site file I created for each of my sites. I can use that site and others during that session, but if I close DW, all the sites disappear from the Site Manager so I have to open each site again via the exported site files. I am tired of repeating myself and I need to contact a support prerson directly, but I cannot figure out how to do that. Any ideas?
